Amazing experience today, I had ordered a new washing machine. Logan and TJ were fantastic, I had asked for disconnection, removal/recycle and reconnection of new washer.
The whole process took around 35 minutes and they were both wonderful.

Driver was great. There were dents in our item 1 of which the driver noticed. The driver also helped us navigate a refund and called the main office. A partial refund was given. Dents are neither driver or our faults. Very helpful
