Communication was great, the delivery time was spot on (at the beginning of the estimated time. The delivery guys communicated well, They phoned to let me know they was on the way. Once here, they was very polite and helpful.

We needed a replacement fridge freezer so l started the usual troll through various websites for the best value for money. The initial price on Lifestyle Home Appliances was slightly higher than some competitors however, I added the Lifestyle Home Appliances 5 star membership. This gives you membership prices, this reduced the price considerably, then you get free unlimited delivery, fitting and removal of packaging and the item you are replacing for a year. This was a huge saving compared to their competitors. On the delivery day I received an email and a text first thing in the morning to inform me of my 4 hour delivery slot. Later on I received updates and finally a call from the delivery guys to inform me they were 5 minutes away. When they arrived they were very professional and fully respectful of my property. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
