Service was good. Only problem for me was that I did not realise that I wasn’t dealing directly with Miele. I found the cleaner much heavier than I’d expected although it has excellent suction. It was when I spoke to Miele that I learned that I had not bought from them.
After I explored options I learned that the only lighter cordless was more than double the price. So I have decided to stay with what I have, it will be good for my muscles. !!

Delivered and connected all my appliances though, they unplugged my mini fridge which was in the way of the fridge freezer being delivered and left it in the middle of the dining room floor unplugged 🙁
