All the people I talked to within the company were so helpful, friendly and polite. There was a misunderstanding about the delivery time and I was extremely upset by the delivery driver but after speaking to someone in the office, they spoke to him and he called me back to apologise. When he arrived with the delivery he was extremely helpful and moved some furniture that I had not managed to move. He was very polite, kind and helpful. It is my first time of using Lifestyle Home Appliances and I would definitely use them again.
