Brilliant prices, great delivery options, all over a positive experience. Managed to get a next day delivery and old item recycled, and was given an ETA by phone the morning of. The guys delivering were polite and respectful of my home, and went the extra mile chatting with my toddler. Thoroughly recommend there.
My only quibble was the phone call trying to sell me further appliance insurance. It wasn’t until the very end I realised the staff member wasn’t telling me about the product warranty and instead was trying to get me to pay monthly fee. He didn’t ask if I wanted it so much as asked to confirm setting it up from that day onwards. It was a no from me (three times actually as he needed me to explain in detail why I wouldn’t agree to the additional insurance), but he could have saved us both a bit of time by saying up front the reason he’d called. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
