The two delivery guys went above and beyond our expectations. They were personable and efficient. We mistakenly thought that we’d paid for connection and despite this not being the case, they plumbed in the new washing machine. They also phoned and put us in touch with LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk customer services at the same time, who were also very efficient. An all round excellent experience. Well done to all involved.

Took delivery of two bosch appliances (dishwasher and washing machine). First scheduled delivery was somewhat stressful, appliances were unpacked in the pouring rain. While this may be fine and standard, if you’ve spent the better part of 1.2k on appliances you’d like a bit more care as the appliance was covered in water/dirt by the time it was fitted. The engineer wasnt able to connect the washing machine due to a missing valve internal to our plumbing, which is understandable but as an ‘experienced’ engineer you would think they would have more expertise in locating the external stopcock as the internal one was too stiff for us to fully turn off and no help was offered. Dishwasher was installed but was connected badly with an immediate leak. Luckily we noticed before they pulled away and got them to sort. Second delivery of washing machine (after sorting the valve) was perfect, experienced engineer was so helpful, and corrected something the previous engineer hadn’t done on the dishwasher. Reschedule etc was all handled efficiently by Lifestyle Home Appliances.

They arrived removed my old appliance and fit the new one no issues and the gentlemen let me know they were done and to let the cycle finish then I can use it straight after. I love the customer service from Lifestyle Home Appliances
