After ordering 3 fridge freezers (all the same brand) and them being faulty across multiple retailers, Lifestyle Home Appliances were amazing at sorting out the damaged items and replacing them. 4th time lucky and going for a HiSense instead of Fridgemaster and I finally have a fridge freezer! The delivery men have been lovely everytime. Gifting green teddies to my daughter and swapping the fridge doors around. They took all my waste and rubbish away too. I honestly don’t put the damaged items down to Lifestyle Home Appliances, more the company who makes them and probably a faulty batch. But Lifestyle Home Appliances have been in contact the whole time, speedy deliveries and providing lots of tracking for the items.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and support.
The ove which I have only had for 45 days, would not heat up, called next morning and the help from the team was outstanding, replacement oven agreed. Called back later in the evening to finalise and found the replacement oven could not be delivered and installed for over 2 weeks, no problem for Lifestyle Home Appliances, upgrade oven and free installation and collection organised for 3 days time, unbelievable customer experience.
Can’t praise and thank the team enough.

I had a call early this morning telling me that my fridge was going to be delivered between 11.00 and 3.00pm
I had another call telling me that they were half hour away and arrived at about 12.30pm. Two very nice chaps quickly replaced my old fridge with a new one. 👍
