We ordered several appliances for our new kitchen, partner accidentally ordered the wrong size extractor hood. Lifestyle Home Appliances’s customer services were brilliant, sent us the correct size, took the wrong one away, refunded the price difference & didn’t penalised us for what was ultimately our error. Could not praise them enough and will be definitely be using them again. Customer service in the UK has been severely lacking over the past few years, Lifestyle Home Appliances were a breath of fresh air, thank you.
