Much better customer service from the retailer.
Product selection was good, competitive prices. Not sure what Lifestyle Home Appliances Membership is though, seems a no brainer based on the free delivery and money off being more than the cost of the membership.
Delivery was atrocious, rude delivery people who didn’t care at all, just wanted to be done. Put in a complaint, no apology provided and sorted the issue to the bare minimum expected.
Left a sour experience, probably wouldn’t use again in lieu of competitors, another retailer, Hughes etc. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
