There are no words to express my gratitude to the installers and customer service representatives at Lifestyle Home Appliances. But here goes. This has been the most stressful, heartbreaking and depressing house move experience in our lives, ruining our new baby and new house plans. From four month delays, to burst pipes, to terrible workmanship on our new build, to cancelled deliveries and vindictive service agents at DFS, all the way to a full on Labrador retriever panic attack that left our family distraught.
Then came Lifestyle Home Appliances. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear a tool belt or a headset on a call centre.
We have been astounded at the level of care, empathy and help we’ve received from day one, ensuring our most important appliances were delivered and installed without issue. We will never ever choose another company when it comes to important purchases, or where safety, peace of mind and professionalism are paramount.
You have customers for life. Thank you, to the service agents who dealt with us, and the contractors who were a beacon of hope on our worst day.
