Very happy with it all, except delivery, you gave us a 4 hour slot, but the driver rang at 8.30am to say they would be with us between 12.pm and 1pm. They were 40mins late. Had they rang to say they were delayed, or even not given a time till they saw how there round was going, would of been better.

Overall a good experience apart from the fitters telling us that the cooker height couldn’t be raised anymore!!?? Which I thought was a bit odd, anyway I got down on my hands and knees and hey presto the cooker could be raised like any other appliance!! Not what I believe we paid the extra money for

My washer dryer gave up the ghost on a saturday afternoon leaving me completely stranded with no clean clothes and a flooded kitchen.
Was able to find and order a new machine on Lifestyle Home Appliances after looking at other retailers that Lifestyle Home Appliances could deliver on the monday, which was sooner than any other retailer without having to pay an extortionate delivery price.
It arrived early in the morning before mid day.
The gents who delivered it we very friendly and got the machine exactly where I needed it to be.
Shortly after they had left and I had finished plumbing it in, while reading the instruction booklet, a cheerful man from Lifestyle Home Appliances phoned me on a very clear phone line to ensure everything was as I expected and if there was any other assistance they could offer, as well as reiterating the warranties they offered.
Very happy with the service and the machine.
*Small note to any Lifestyle Home Appliances reviewer, I would of been happy to pay a little more to have the machine delivered on the sunday, as O had to stay in from work to accept it, but this was just my personal circumstance.
