**UPDATE**
I spoke today with Chris and explained that my issue was with DPD the courier (I thought I was leaving a review for them) and not with Lifestyle Home Appliances who have always provided me with excellent customer service.
Chris was wonderful (a credit to the company) and, even though it wasn’t Lifestyle Home Appliances’s doing, offered an apology and a little compensation.
I will most definitely continue using Lifestyle Home Appliances – they genuinely care about their customers.

A very expensive iPad was shoved inside my letterbox (half hanging out), despite the fact that I was in the house at the time. Fortunately, I have a Ring Doorbell and could see what had been done.
The outer box was bent and damaged (presumably as it was forced into the letterbox).
