I purchased this for a family member and to be delivered to them directly. Ordering was straightforward and communication via emails and text followed immediately to say a 4 hour delivery time slot would be emailed and texted the following morning between 6.30am and 8am which it was. The delivery could be tracked every step of the way online and updating after each delivery showing how many deliveries there were to go before mine. The delivery driver phoned early to tell me the 4 hour timeslot and to say he would phone again about 10 minutes before arriving which he did so I informed the recipient then the item was delivered 10 minutes later, unpacked and the old one taken away exactly as it was supposed to be. Can’t fault it whatsoever. I’ve ordered from A.O. in the past and never had a problem at all.

Next day delivery when you have a mountain of wet towels so appreciated. Lovely men delivering. Really sweet to two year old grandson who loves lorries.

Delivery guys were really friendly and arrived when they said they would.
