The fridge freezer broke down on Saturday evening, a new one was ordered on Lifestyle Home Appliances for delivery on Monday, the order process was nice and easy.
Guys arrives about 12 pm on Monday, had a quick check that the delivery was OK, etc., they unload the unit and unpack, they knock on the door, NO PLUG on the unit. I mean, come on, HOW did that get past checks at the manufacturer and 2 from Lifestyle Home Appliances itself? Is nothing checked??
Of course, it had to go back, and a new one was ordered.
Arrived on Tuesday, with a plug! grand.

The delivery guys were excellent, really friendly as they carefully delivered the fridges, doing a great job and clearing away all the packaging too. They contacted me in good time to give me their eta and were bang on time. 😊
