Product selection was good, competitive prices. Not sure what Lifestyle Home Appliances Membership is though, seems a no brainer based on the free delivery and money off being more than the cost of the membership.
Delivery was atrocious, rude delivery people who didn’t care at all, just wanted to be done. Put in a complaint, no apology provided and sorted the issue to the bare minimum expected.
Left a sour experience, probably wouldn’t use again in lieu of competitors, another retailer, Hughes etc. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

Awkward house, easy delivery.
My front door leads directly onto a flight of stairs, with a corner – its a nightmare getting anything delivered. I pre-warned the drivers of this, hoping for a hassle free delivery. 2 phone calls on the morning of delivery, just letting me know where they were.
The guys arrived, I said to them at the door that they might be better taking out the old washing machine first due to space. So they unloaded the lorry, came in to have a look.
Delivery was absolutely straight forward, no hassle at all. They were both really friendly which put me at ease. I normally get hassle from delivery drivers because of the design of my house, so I’m always wary. The 2 guys today were absolutely superb.
The Lifestyle Home Appliances site was simple to use, found what I needed, ordered it, picked a delivery day.
All done, very happy.
