Very professional,friendly and very understanding with an issue i had wth the bottom/handle making the oven protrude too much to allow the draws in the brwakfast barto be open, issued a refund. I then bought another from them, would buy again from them. Delivery staff also very professional and friendly, great service around.

I need to divide my reply to you into two parts. The first was the person who took my order, whom I would give no stars to at all. He made a mistake about my address and I corrected him twice as to this and told him that the carrier would not be able to find my flat with what he was about to put down. Despite this he left the mistake on. The courier range me three times and finally got to my address, they were courteous and efficient and I would give them 5 stars for going above and beyond what they needed to do.
