We ordered a new fridge from Lifestyle Home Appliances, website was easy to use and sorting out delivery was straightforward. The delivery guys were absolutely amazing and super helpful whilst moving the fridge into the house.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts, and I would like to give less but it would be unfair to the rest of the service, is the sales team for additional insurance were incredibly pushy. I received a phone call about the additional insurance Lifestyle Home Appliances offer and when I declined the insurance (as I was out in public and no access to bank details), the gentleman (Glenn?) on the phone became very pushing and rude. Initially I was unable to access my bank details and when I stated that I would consider giving the details later and signing up later, the gentleman became somewhat argumentative and rude. He later called back and yet again was rude and dismissive about declining the insurance, this time he was unimpressed I had discussed with another member of the household and decided we didn’t want the insurance.
I cannot fault the rest of the process but in complete honesty, it had slightly put me off ordering any more appliances from Lifestyle Home Appliances in the future as I do not want that experience again. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
