Our American fridge freezer had to be returned as it was too big to get into the house. The delivery people were excellent and tried every option to try and get the fridge freezer through the door. When the decision was made that it was too big , Customer service were excellent and within a few hours a smaller fridge freezer had been ordered and delivered 2 days later.
