I paid extra for a slot after 12 noon only to be contacted at 9.45 to tell me they were nearby, I then got a phone call from the site owners telling me that the d were livery van was on site, that was around 11 am, I picked the slot out of convenience to me and not to your driver so had to rearrange s as mother appointment the get up to the site ealier than anticipated, apart from that I am happy with the product and service.
