Purchased a 50″ Samsung Frame TV which had a sales promotion for a free bezel, however after delivery and trying to claim the promotion it seams this is only valid for TV’s over 65″. I made customer service aware of this but they were pretty uninterested and told me I should have checked the small print. Lifestyle Home Appliances made contact and after this review and confirmed I was entitled to this promotion and guided me through the steps to claim. They also advised of a 5 year extended warranty I had missed but which I have now claimed and apologised for the earlier confusion. I’m delighted with this response following my initial disappointment and will have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
