Update, to give Lifestyle Home Appliances credit they have taken everything I’ve said onboard and refunded all my money, since they’ve done this (and off their own back I might add, this wasn’t a result of me asking for a refund) I’ve upped the score to 4. I do hope they take my feedback onboard in the future with reoccurring charges.
Previous message: My advice would be to avoid, they used to be good but it seems they are going down the route of scamming money out of people by signing them up to reoccurring payments for a service you are unlikely to benefit from. A shame as they used to be good but I guess management needs that sweet sweet money for champagne at the shareholder meetings.
