As always the service was first class from ordering to delivery…as im an elderly person with little knowledge of technology I was able to order from and speak to an agent over the phone who was extremely patient understanding and very knowledge and friendly throughout my hour call…I was constantly kept updated via text messages and telephone calls throughout the process up until the arrival of my purchase which delivered on schedule by too very pleasant friendly young men…who again were very pleasant understanding patient and helpful whilst being very friendly throughout the delivery and they even had time in there very buisy day for a quick chat…as an elderly person this level of service is very important to me and is the reason I keep returning to you…especially after having had a very unpleasant experience with another retailer…so a big big thanku to all the staff that i had the pleasure to deal with during my purchase/delivery.
