Had to make contact with customer services about a faulty appliance that had been delivered the previous week. I spoke to a gentleman called Mike and then Jason I was on the phone over an hour and Mike went above and beyond to resolve my issue (which he most certainly did) and passed me to Jason who assisted in getting a resolution
