Purchase arrived a day earlier than advised and I’m delighted with it as a replacement for my 15 yr old food processor.
A little concerned as the external box was very badly crushed and torn but the product box inside appeared undamaged but there was minimal packing to prevent it being rattled around in transit .

I bought a Dyson handheld. It had a faulty battery. Not Lifestyle Home Appliances’s fault. How could they know? But not only did a real person based in the UK answer my call, and quickly, they helped diagnose the issue with Dyson, and then arranged a replacement.
It is this service we should be looking for in every online transaction.
