The driver notified me before he would arrive giving me 2 hours notice and then rang again 5 mins before. He then arrived when he said he would delivered the unit without any fuss. as far as i am concerned BRILLIANT

The item itself is great. As described and sent quickly.
For some strange reason the delivery men were determined not to just use a sack truck. They man-handled the machine off of their delivery lorry and were attempting to, I’m not sure, carry? shimmy? it from the curb to our house. We actually ran out with *our* sack truck to stop them from denting or damaging it which I’m sure would have happened if we hadn’t intervened.
