The delivery service was excellent from start to finish. The two drivers were friendly, approachable, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me informed throughout the delivery and made sure I knew everything I needed to.
They went above and beyond by taking all the packaging away, which was a huge help. I also really appreciated how polite and respectful they were. I offered them a drink and use of the toilet – they kindly accepted a drink but explained they needed to carry on as they had a busy day ahead.
Overall, a really positive experience and a credit to your company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
