Firstly I received a call from one of the delivery men saying my new tv is on the way and I would be getting the delivery within the hour. I kept checking the Lifestyle Home Appliances website to check how many deliveries away it was. When they came, there was no problem with the delivery. The tv was placed in a convenient area and my old tv was taken without any problems. I even spoke to one of the delivery men and said that my old tv was no use any more. Altogether the delivery and collection of my old tv took only took around 2-3 minutes.
