I wasn’t happy about the way a problem was handled by the delivery men. However, Lifestyle Home Appliances called and took care of the problem with the highest standered of good customer care and excellent customer service. Thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances. Because of the way this problem was solved I would not hesitate to recommened or use Lifestyle Home Appliances in the future.

Lifestyle Home Appliances kept us in the loop with the arrival times even calling 15 mins before arrival. They were quick and efficient, and talked us through how to use the appliance. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Initially order got stuck, never placed but the money was in a pending v state on my credit card. Called customer services who said it was a ghost order and would clear in a day.. if didn’t so called back… representative was lovely and explained situation and gave us a £30 voucher. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
