The product, an iPad Air, was good and was delivered quickly. It was a good price.
The only issue was with the follow up phone call, trying to sell me insurance. When I told the caller that I bought the iPad in order to write and store handwritten notes he commented it was a bit expensive for note taking. When I explained that I am significantly visually impaired and can no longer read my notes written on paper, he guffawed with laughter. I have never been laughed at for my disability before. If I didn’t need the iPad so much, I would have returned it for refund. You really need to train your telephone staff better.
