I was disappointed . I needed a new laptop urgently and chose Lifestyle Home Appliances as next day delivery was available for an additional fee. Laptop chosen and £7 extra paid for next day delivery. Later that day a pleasant lady rang to confirm the order (and try to sell me insurance). She told me that I would be contacted at 7am the following day with a one hour delivery slot. All good so far. The following day no 7am text and on checking progress online was informed my order was delayed. OK so I stayed in all day. The next day the laptop was delivered. 24 hours late. I was very disappointed. I would not have ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliances if the next day delivery had not been offered.
However, Lifestyle Home Appliances were quick to respond to my complaint and offered to refund my extra fee and offered compensation for my experience. Frankly I was amazed by this and can will now highly recommend their after sales care.

I made a mistake on my order. I was able to ring up and talk to a human that swiftly helped me revise it. I have had frequent updates about delivery. The order was delivered exactly when promised. Would not hesitate to use Lifestyle Home Appliances again. From start to finish a gret service with good prices.
