Easy ordering. I made an error and phoned the team and they sorted my issue efficiently. The two people that delivered and fitted the appliance were prompt, polite, efficient, friendly and made everything very easy and pleasant. I would always recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances.

Edit: Due to the service of the original install team who were friendly and helpful and Chris from customer services I’ve upped this to 5 stars. Chris was kind and seemed to genuinely care about reaching a resolution for the faulty item and, as the issues lie with Belling’s poor quality control, Lifestyle Home Appliances remains my go to for household appliances.

Issues: Was supplied a faulty oven, only options was that they take it away and leave us with nothing as they can’t reattach the existing oven or we wait for someone to come and fix it, we had a Belling engineer out a week later. We had the oven since the 6th and a working oven compartment since the 12th, I then noticed the rungs that hold the shelves in the oven compartment itself are faulty, the wok ring also does not stay on at its lowest setting. Overall very disappointed with the quality of the oven.
