Very good communication, I was kept informed by email a couple of days before, then a call pinning down the hour the day before and then a text from the delivery guys saying they’d be there in 10 minutes. Very swift at delivery and placed the machines where I wanted them. Overall a great service!!

Lifestyle Home Appliances had very competitive prices and their customer service was excellent, but couldn’t say that about their choice of courier, who were DPD. When my phone arrived at their depot in the Highlands, they held onto it for extra few days but couldn’t explain why when I contacted them. I pointed out to Lifestyle Home Appliances that as the phone was such a small package perhaps they would have been better posting it. I would have got it sooner.
