John was so helpful from Lifestyle Home Appliances . I explained to him that Panasonic staff members were suppose to come back last week, regards to my microwave which I had explained previously what happened. John went extra mile and resolve this issue & apologised for Panasonic team not getting back to me .
I was so happy the way he handled my case and new one arranged and delivery booked got the date of my choice .
