Good experience overall. There were too many phone calls from customer service to both my partner and I. One phone call was an incredibly pushy salesman who made me very uncomfortable to not sign up there and then for a lifetime of insurance payments. Despite saying no, he pushed again and again to trick me into signing up.
Delivery guys were great!
The tracking app for the delivery was awful. Stated that we were 3 deliveries away and the van 15 miles from us yet the driver rang to say he was 5 minutes away.
