The two delivery guys who were both very polite and pleasant struggled to affix the stand to the tv set. They claimed that this is the first time they have come across this type of base. Whilst I am definitely not in any way criticising them I feel it is unfair to them to send them out with an
Unfamiliar item without giving them prior training on the products rather than making them learn on the job in peoples homes!!
