After setting the delivery date, but not a delivery time as I am in most days, the appliance did not arrive, and I did not even get a call to advise on this fact.
Set a new delivery date the following day, explained that I was not happy, the next machine arrived damaged.
Set another delivery date, the machine arrived fine, no damage – all is good.
