    Live updates for delivery and the delivery staff were very courteous.
    Only negative is the delivery planning.
    Relieving notification of the delivery only 30mins before the delivery window is not great.
    And a 4 hour window 1/2 a day makes it hard to plan the day.

    Great communication. Plenty of advance notice regarding delivery. Very helpful when I explained that the Re-cycle service I paid extra for could not be done as some scrap merchant helped himself to my faulty dryer for free. The driver then arranged for me to have a refund for that particular service. So yeah, great result all round. Am pleased. 🙂
