Nice and quick, however the delivery driver used, didn’t wait at all, for me to get to front door, and I caught him trying to get a house, over the road, to take my delivery. They need to wait for people to get to the door! Evri?

Delivery was great — they called about an hour beforehand to give a more accurate delivery window, which was really helpful.
I was surprised that such a large nationwide company charges extra for unpacking and removing the packaging. You’d think they would handle this as part of the service, especially to support recycling. If I’d chosen those options, including the £20 free delivery it would have added another £45 on top of the appliance price.
