I explained to the delivery men that there is a very young boy who lives with us and asked if he would he get a teddy bear with this delivery (as we had been led to believe)? They said, “in the van”. They got back into the vehicle and just drove off. Is this not a feature of LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk deliveries any more? My grandson was so disappointed.
