AUDIO PRO C20 Wireless Multi-room Speaker – White

I have had a number of items from you over the years and the service has been brilliant, but I’ve never had smaller items until today. I was a bit confused about my order? I followed it from the day I ordered and got standard delivery. I checked on my invoice each day and it said that I would have it on the 6th of May, then on the 6th May Wednesday it said it would be with you today so by 6 o’clock I had nothing so I rang customer service and the lady was very very helpful and explained to me that my parcel would have arrived at dpd on the 6th and then I should get notification from dpd to when I was to receive my item should be within 1 to 3 working day’s,of which it did arrive on the 7th May today. It’s a bit confusing on the website when you were ordering and selecting delivery options as my other items being larger came straight from Lifestyle Home Appliances and on the day that it said. So maybe that should be explained when ordering smaller items at checkout. But I can’t thank the customer service lady enough she was very good at explaining it to me, as I’m a pensioner and not good at tech, so thanks again and I love my Vax steam mop.
