Was having a hard time on the website and frustrated having tried and failed to order via the website. Order kept failing after being placed. Phoned through to Lifestyle Home Appliances sales and spoke with Mathew, who had such a pleasant manner on the phone, and managed to ensure I got the right product with a delivery slot that was suitable. He went above and beyond in guiding the best course forward for another machine that was recently delivered. I left the call feeling so much lighter after the order was placed. Especially since this was the third company I have spoken with today, and the other two were very unhelpful. His phone manner and eagerness to help stood out. Thank you, Mathew.
