Goods arrived as expected, great delivery service and easy to book convenient date

I had some issues with an order, with the product apparently being available for purchase but going out of stock very fast. This eventually led to duplicate orders and a bit of frustration. I spoke with the customer service team during the bank holiday weekend who assured me they would deal with it, and they did exactly that. The duplicate order got cancelled and refunded, the product I wanted came back into stock and was delivered quickly. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

The delivery men were very good

I can fully accept that companies cannot guarantee every product they sell . My product was not fully working and a fully reasonable process of collecting the faulty item and replacing the product was proposed and agreed.
The collection went well, what was not acceptable the replacement product was due for delivery between 0700 – 1900 hrs . This did not happen further more no information was forthcoming as to what had gone wrong, I was not able to track the progress and I guess that the following day being a Sunday was not an option. I can only hope that I will receive an update on the next working day as to progress. Additionally I paid extra for a delivery slot.
It is the abandonment I object to most as a customer. This inevitably earns that companies are let down by third parties delivering
All issues have now been successfully resolved particularly by a very pleasant lady – Sophie who went above and beyond to make sure I was kept fully informed as to progress absolute professional a credit to herself and to Lifestyle Home Appliances – who should be grateful to have such an employee
I am now able to enjoy my Mini HiFi together with my collection CDs without interruptions averts et-al

The two delivery drivers were courteous, friendly and explained everything fully, they even gave my 2 year old grandson an teddy bear which was really lovely of them, I have used this company in the past and would not hesitate to use them again
