The delivery went really well and was the most positive aspect.

On the negative side, every time I buy something the staff who phone try to pressure a little too hard with the insurance.

Delivery drivers were great. Kept well informed by phone on delivery times and polite and efficient on arrival.

The two lads that delivered and installed the cooker for my mum, were very polite and friendly.
They explained each step of the process and showed her how to use the cooker, they removed all the packaging and took it with them.

Notification of time of arrival was impeccable. First given a 5 hour slot, this reduced to a 2 hour slot notified early morning and the further advice when delivery no more than 10 minutes away. Delivery driver and mate were professional from start to finish, gave clear instructions on the use of the new equipment, an absolute dream to deal with and Lifestyle Home Appliances should be proud to employ them both.
Old equipment removed quickly and efficiently as well. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
