We ordered a new tumble dryer on 2nd Feb at 3.15pm. By 8 .30 am on 3rd Feb the tumble dryer was in my home, unpacked , inspected and the old dryer taken away along with the packaging for the new one. You can’t say fairer than that in my opinion. The delivery driver rang and kept me aware of expected delivery time. I was very impressed

They had the Bosch mower in stock that appeared to be out of stock everywhere else. The price and order process were good but delivery was exceptional. Delivered by DPD and the communication was excellent, I had a message very early in the day with a one hour time slot, then another message confirming they would be with me within 30min and then another to say they were a few minutes away!

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Very easy to order item online. I was kept exceptionally well informed regarding delivery times, by email and two phone calls on the delivery day. Van driver was particularly helpful and careful of our property. Both men were very efficient and polite. This is our third time of ordering appliances from Lifestyle Home Appliances and we will definitely use them again. Thank you all.

We went on line because our washing machine had broken and was not worth repairing. We tried our usual suppliers Euronics (?) and PC World etc but they could not deliver for 6-7days.
Tried Lifestyle Home Appliances for the first time on Wed 18th Feb and placed the order and received the new machine the next day Thurs 19th Feb before 12:00hrs.
The two chaps who delivered and installed the machine could not have been more polite and helpful and took the old machine and packaging away.
They were a real credit to your Company.
