Fridge freezer arrived with no problems, kept up to date on the delivery day as able to track delivery. Delivery team very polite and helpful. Team checked all was satisfactory before leaving.
Only issue was phone calls several times a day on the days leading up to the delivery. I was at work and unable to take calls. There was no need for these calls as everything was in place as per the online order.

My microwave and toaster both decided that they’d had enough of living at 3pm on a Sunday. Smashed an order in with Lifestyle Home Appliances by 4pm and paid £12 for next day delivery before 12pm because my 4 year old would have burnt the house down if he didn’t get his microwaved “Scrabble eggs” for lunch. Received the delivery at 10:25am echoed by a shouty 4 year old chanting “Scrabble eggs!”
He got his lunch.

I ordered my fridge/freezer & was able to choose the day for delivery within 24hrs. I got a call asking if I would like Lifestyle Home Appliances to recycle my old appliance with no charge.
The evening before delivery I received a txt with a 4hr timeslot & on the morning the delivery guys rang me to say they were on way.
The guys were very professional & had excellent customer service
