The first delivery was a complete waste of time as the 2 young lads would not attempt to bring the fridge/freezer into the house saying it was too tall and would not fit. After complaining to customer service a 2nd attempt was made the next day and the 2 men had no problems at all in installing the item, it took them about 20 minutes from start to finish.
