I have bought 4 or 5 items from Lifestyle Home Appliances over the past few years and have never been less than thoroughly impressed by their customer service and attention to detail.
The prices are always competitive (not necessarily the lowest but always near to), their range of items is superb and their review videos are really helpful.
After ordering you do get the standard “Would you like extended warranty, insurance etc?” call but it never a hard sell and they are happy to accept “No” for an answer.
When is comes to delivery, it is faultless. 1. They communicate with you well in advance, by phone. email and text. 2. They turn up when they say they will. 3. The delivery guys are polite, helpful and very thorough.
I can’t rate the products I’ve bought because they are all from separate manufacturers although I’ve been happy with them all. But I can rate the service and, in my experience at least, its been faultless every time.

Fantastic service from Lifestyle Home Appliances. Great communication post order and prior to delivery and installation service. The two guys who showed up to install our new fully integrated Bosch dishwasher were absolutely excellent. New exactly what they were doing and in about 40 mins they had removed the old one and replaced and fitted the new one including kitchen door and plinth and tested the device. Work was finished as if they hadn’t even been here. Amazing job.

The two chaps we had were courteous Efficient in communication and excellent timing, they both got on when they arrived the removal and re-installation of our fridge was seamless. They cleaned and tidied up before leaving. The whole thing took less than 20 min leaving us the rest of the day to enjoy. The fridge is brilliant.
