What fantastic service. My chest freezer broke down so needed something quick! I found a model that was available on next day delivery and ordered it at about 2.30pm. I had a text message at 6.30am to say my delivery would be between 7 & 11 and a tracking link so I could see where I was on the delivery route. I had a phone call when I was next on the list and the guys turned up within about 10 minutes. They were very respectful of my property and very careful removing the old freezer and putting the new one in it’s place. All the packaging was taken away and everything left neat and tidy. I was given clear instructions on leaving the freezer for the gasses to settle. This was a dream compared to the last delivery I had by a different company, where there was a single person crew and I ended up helping carry and maneuver a 5ft chest freezer! (I am only 4ft11 myself!)
So a new appliance supplied, delivered, the old appliance taken away and all the rubbish disposed of in less than 24 hours. Who could fault service like that?
