Excellent service on delivery of new dishwasher and removal of the old machine & packaging. Good tracking on arrival of goods and polite & efficient service. Excellent price, too. Will use Lifestyle Home Appliances in the future!

The Collect and Recycle Service is outstanding value for money.
Customer Service is amazing. Very friendly and efficient. I wasn’t kept waiting on hold for ages like you expect is the default nowadays. And no complicated series of menus to navigate to speak to a person.
The Drivers were the most cheerful I ever met. Delivery people have a hard job and you can understand them not being in a good mood. But these guys were upbeat and nothing was a problem. They had to navigate round some scaffolding and they were very amenable about it.
The only thing that could be improved is when you order this service they should give you space to say what the item is. They were supposed to pick up my American style fridge freezer the week before but by the time they got to me the van was too full to fit it in. Having said that, Customer service was straight on the phone to arrange a new pickup date though. I didn’t have to chase which makes a nice change.
