As they had a problem fitting due to tightness and then size you kindly refunded the free installation.
They turned off the water to the washing machine when they fitted the tumble drier and we had to pay a handyman to sort it to turn it on
The fitters were very sorry for not being able to fit it but they are here to fit and not make alterations to built in units
